The quickest way to reach us is WhatsApp. Send a short message with your qualification, country of residence, intended degree level and intake, and where you are in the process, and we will reply with an honest first assessment and tell you which service, if any, is relevant. Please do not send passport scans, bank statements or other sensitive documents over chat.
What to include in your first message
A good first message lets us answer usefully in one reply instead of asking five questions back. You do not need to write much; a few lines covering the points below is ideal.
- Your highest qualification and the year you completed it (for example “higher secondary certificate, 2025” or “bachelor’s in computer science, 2024”).
- Your country of residence, because the competent Italian consulate and the document route depend on it.
- Intended degree level and intake: bachelor’s (laurea), master’s (laurea magistrale), PhD or other, and the academic year you are aiming for.
- Teaching language you are considering (Italian or English) and any language certificates you hold.
- Your current stage: just exploring, choosing a course, pre-enrolment submitted on Universitaly, pre-enrolment validated, visa appointment booked, or visa approved.
- Your question, in one or two sentences.
What not to send
At enquiry stage we never need, and will not ask for, the following. If you send them anyway, we will ask you to delete the message and will not use them.
- Passport scans or photographs of identity documents.
- Bank statements, sponsor letters or any financial documents.
- Universitaly, email or any other login details. We never ask for passwords.
- Diploma, transcript or certificate scans.
- Payment of any kind. Nothing is due until a service has been agreed in writing, and official fees are always paid by you directly to the consulate, CIMEA, the university or the provider concerned.
If we agree to work together on a service that requires document copies, such as application review or document preparation guidance
Other ways to reach us
Privacy: messages you send us contain personal data. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask for deletion. By contacting us you are not entering into any contract; services begin only after a written agreement.
Visa questions
If your question is specifically about the type D study visa, such as the financial requirement, the consulate deadline, accommodation proof or a previous refusal, use the visa channel below so that your message reaches us with the right context. Before you write, you may find the answer in the visa requirements guide or the student visa hub. Remember that the consulate makes the final decision and we cannot speed up, influence or predict it.
Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation free?
Can you tell me on WhatsApp whether I will get the visa?
No. Nobody can, because the decision belongs to the consulate and includes a case-by-case assessment of migratory risk. What we can do in a first exchange is point out obvious problems, such as a missed deadline, a pre-enrolment that has not been validated, or a funding plan that does not match the requirements, and tell you honestly whether a service would help.
Do you work with students outside Any Country?
Can my parents contact you on my behalf?
Yes, a parent or sponsor is welcome to start the conversation. Once a service begins, we need to work directly with the student too, because the pre-enrolment and the visa application are personal, the interview is attended by the student, and the student must understand the file they are presenting.
